You wont regret it. Carlini makes some real nice stuff. I know a few on here have had their issues with Rex and Carlini but I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience. Get some photos posted when you're all done....oh yeah and welcome to the family
Well, I got my 16" Gangster bars and finished installing them tonight. I still have to bleed the brakes and wipe down the bike. Boy it feels great just sitting on it, can't wait for spring. Thought I would post some pictures, crappy phone pictures. I will try to get some better pics up soon.
Oh, and I also purchased a new Mustang Day Tripper solo seat as well as a rear pilon seat.
Nice looking Bars...
I'm heading over to Carlini's in the morning to check out bars (nice that they're local)!
Where did you end up buying all the wiring & hardware?
Apes look real good!

Thanks...
I bought the cables (LA Choppers cables 14" to 16"- J&P Part: 510-241), wiring and stuff through J&P Cycles. Because of all the stuff I bought there it paid off for me to pay the fee to become a "Gold" member for the discounts!!

Those look sweeeee! Glad to hear everything went together nicely. Brakes aren't hard but they are much easier with a second pair of hands. Try not to wear out the new seat sitting on the bike in the garage waiting for spring.
A little better pics...all done!!!
Pay no attention to my messy garage. I have to get around to cleaning it all out and putting some things away when it gets warmer!!
Great thread!! I am looking to join the APE CLUB this year and I think this helped make up my mind. I want to still be able to use my windshield as well . Question Davidsdad.. How tall are you ?
