I am as Harley as the rest of us. A while back I stumbled across a Victory You Tube video where this Victory Mechanic was comparing Harley to the Vic's, and bashing Harley left and right. Trans, shifting, oil psi, batteries, then I remember him comparing the procedures for changing the drive belts. It's like a 10 minute job on the Vic. This is obviously something the MoCo could improve on; makes no sense to me to be so much hassle, my .02

 

well if mine breaks i got towing and exstended service . should cost me $50

just a big pain

 

Is there a chain conversion out there?

 

I hope you're right, cause I do too, but don't think belts are covered under the warranty or ESP. It would add to peace of mind on a trip.
