Excellent write-up.... but the price tag would be hard for me to swallow.

Looks very nice. Will be on the wish list for my RG. What protects the lights? Is the face of the light "high impact" plastic? How well do they resist scratches or damage from rock or other road debris? I know this is going to turn into one of those "I gotta have" items for me soon....

lens is high impact...and replaceable. 30K on mine without an issue.

Plan for today...wrench till noon, buy lunch for suppliers, feed suppliers, negotiate lower costs, get my way, pass on savings and lower the price. Wish me luck!
