Yes there are. They are all over Ebay for one. Did this same swap on my RKClassic. Easy and not too pricey.

the ones on the harley website i like a lot but to pricey for my pocket at this time, love how they just mount on that arm and get rid of the stock passing light bar nice clean look

Sounds like you need the bolts to mount those turns signals, like these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Mirrors-Tur...wAAOxy1JBSRS-z
or to mount them to the handlebars, something like these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/BIKERS-CHOI...cAAOSw1zhag98S
or to mount them to the mirror stem, something like these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Turn-Signal....c100005.m1851
Are you mounting them to the handlebars, forks, or fairing?

Just buy some used/take off street glide signals. They plug right in.
