What's Missing Here?

2 Attachment(s)
I sent my fuel tank out for paint, and instead of taking two weeks, it took almost three months. Apparently in that time I somehow managed to lose a part, although I am scrupulously careful about labeling and storing parts.

Anyway, this is a 2007 FLHP. The console is attached via a bolt and acorn nut just below the speedometer, and a phillips screw and flat washer at the back end. What I'm missing is whatever that phillips screw attaches to. There is a raised rectangular slot on the fuel tank as indicated by the black arrow below, and something goes there for the phillips to attach to.

The Maintenance manual doesn't show this assembly point anywhere, just references it as a phillips screw and large flat washer.

Thanks for any help.

Thank you. #6 is what I'm missing. Is there a better view of it, or can you describe it?
