I just looked at the Big Boyz site, and was able to look at the Andrews 57 specs for the first time. Using their camshaft comparison tool, I was able to compare other cams I've been looking at, the TW-222 and the SE-204 against the 57H. The 57H seems to have a great combination compared to the others in terms of lift, duration and overlap; it seems to have the best of all worlds. I sure would love to see three dyno sheets of the three compared on a 103... That 57 really has me intrigued - - big time.

You will be even more intrigued once you install a set. I love mine. Here is a photo I took when I was installing mine and wanted to get a profile comparison between the 57h and the stock cams. Stock cam on top. Study the difference in the ramp angle and the broad lobe tip shape (longer duration) of the 57 compared to the ramp angle and the sharp-tipped (short duration) stock cams:

I know the TW-222 and the 57H are both pretty new, but surely I can get my hands on what I'm looking for here. I already have great information from Fuel Moto on the TW-222 and their dyno sheets with a couple of 103s. Now I need to find good comparos for the 57H. I like that extra duration and overlap!!

Andrews manufactures Bob Wood's cams for him. That should tell you something.

I have 54's in my 2010 96" and love the way it performs now. I have CNC ported heads with ACR's, decatted stock head pipes, 4" SE slip-on's, stage 1 AC, stock push rod, TTS tuner and stock lifters. The 54's have a short durration, so its not much louder than it was, whitch I also like. Its not been on a dyno, but my indy say from past bike with same set up that have been dynoed, they turned out low 90's for hp and low 100's for tq. And if I want to bump mine up to a 103 in the future, the cams will work just fine.

I know the 54's work great, have them in a 2011 103, if the 57 were out at the time I would have chose them. Good Luck

Personally, I opted for a cam with a little later intake close as I want ease of tuning and the ability to run closed loop in a broader range for improved mileage (45-50 mpg). There are trade-offs. I have plenty of power for my needs and the power comes on when I want it. It's a matter of personal choice and what you want out of your motor.
+1 on the TW222 cams, worth a look for the OP.

Here are the specs on The 57H - 54H - 55H I plan to use the 55H when I upgrade 103 2010 FLHTK. I have rode 2012 FLHTK Power Vision with TW555 and 30 tooth front pulley, 2010 Triglide Power Vision with tman 555c and 30 tooth, 2008 SE 110 with SERT and TW777 and dyno tuned. All run great and sound great. All have different characteristics but work great. If it doesn't start pulling really hard until 2600 that is no big deal. All 3 of these bikes will out pull my stock Power Vision tuned 103 from 1500 on up. I may cruise below 2600 but I don't try to hard accelerate below that with stock.

Has anyone been able to secure a decent tune from Fuel Moto for these cams? I have been in contact with them, they don't seem to know too much about them.
