Does it have a bank angle sensor and where is it located?

Inside timer cone.
Look at right floor board.
The bank angle sensor is part of the CAM sensor.
When the original factory one starts to go bad the bike will develop hard starting.
Cranking, more cranking, more cranking and then more cranking...wait a minute or two and the slightest touch of start button makes it start.
You will also see a beige goo that is the sealant on CAM sensor start to melt and leak out the bottom of V2 timer cone at the wire exit.

What is the actual symptom that bike is showing?
OH, make sure to check the CRANK sensor connector located behind right side painted cover just under the seat.
The black pencil thick push and turn connector that is about 12 inches away from ECM can release and cause bike to shut down or hesitate.

I don't have a service manual for your bike so I can't tell you where the bank angle switch is mounted but I don't think it's in the cam cover.

Look for #37

Sorry, but the sensor is behind the nose cone cover on a 98 Road King, same as my 98 Ultra Classic.

The part number is 32448-95A as indicated above and it is part of the CAM position sensor.
It has some little ***** inside that move if bike is on its side and causes motor to shut OFF.
I have a 1998 Road King Classic EFI.
Located in Timer/nose cone.

Ok guys, thank you for correcting me. I don't like to put out any wrong info. I never would have thought that the sensor would have been located there. Do you know what this "switch, bank angle", that is shown in the link I posted, does? Is the parts diagram incorrect?

No worries.
Your link does not work directly and requires multiple clicks to then finally get to a parts selector.
Since no part number was provided it is rather difficult to know what item you are indicating.
Much easier to use Ronnies part finder link as provided by earlier link and reference the part number provided.
The 1998 Road King Classic with fuel injection is a FLHRCI not an FLHTC as indicated by original poster.
The bike had an EVO motor with M & M fuel injection.
When Harley went from an EVO motor to a twin cam on a road king it change sensor to a little box thing that was held by one bolt and a placement stud.
The earlier ones on the twin cam had a problem with the bracket.
The original poster has not returned but i will take a wild guess the bike is shutting OFF over bumps and they are scratching their heads trying to figure it out.
They are probably more familiar with 1999 twin cam problem of the bank angle sensor bracket failure that caused bikes to shut down.
Hopefully they read about the CRANK sensor connector being loose on this EVO motor as described earlier.
To be clearer ..
If someone owns a fuel injected EVO motor of that time frame then they should review the connector for 32447-95 sensor, crankshaft position.
Connector can get loose if it is not held in place with several zip ties and cause bike to have a loose connection.
Sensor and cable are OK but the connection will be loose...random shut downs...especially over bumps.
To add more light to the item it is item 32447-95 sensor, crankshaft position.
Again, that sensor will be OK..the problem is the connection got loose so just use several zip ies to make sure it never releases. I put 4 on it.
Here is a link to better see the push and twist connector.
32447-95 sensor, crankshaft position.

This is the part number that I was seeing in the OEM part finder.
32495-98A - BANK ANGLE SWITCH
It's under "Switch & Circuit Breakers" #37
The part you mentioned is
32448-95B - Sensor Assembly Cam Position/Vehicle Attitude is shown under "Cam Position Sensor & Vacuum Switch" #8

From what you explained, I guess there is a problem with the part finder. If I look for 32495-98 in Ronnie's it did not come up.

The reason I like the other part finder is that it lists models for certain years that Ronnie's doesn't have show such as my other bike a 1994 FLHTP amongst others. I guess I have to do more research before posting a reply.

Here are some links to that part finder, that I was using, that can be found on some HD dealer websites:
