any one running lowers on their SG with aux lights. i heard they may not clear the turn sigs. i thinking of lowers and need to see some pics before dropping $$$ on lowers.
I purchased a set of the old style lowers and the turn signals would hit on full turns. The only time it came into play was when I was maneuvering with my feet. I don't see how driving lights could be an issue as the ultras have both.
If you're referring to the Custom Auxillary Light kit that uses the SG tear drop turn signals and passing lamps using a separate bracket on each side, there's no problem using it on your SG--it's the same bracket/turn signal/turn signal rig that the CVO Ultras (that have vented lowers) have been using since '06.
I had them on my '04 EG and they fit w/o issues.
Check HD's fitment information in the paper catalog or on-line at HD's website.

PS: CHILLS, you need to change the way you posted pictures so they'll show top to bottom, not side to side--scrolling top to bottom is easier than side to side.

I just use the insert picture feature, add a url for the picture from the host site (in my case photobucket), then hit the space/enter bar to go down two spaces and repeat the picture insertion process.
I don't know how you post multiple pictures horizontally.
its the way and style of the SG mounts vs the EG mounts
The SG and EG use exactly the same mounting points for the turn signals on your SG and the turn/signal bracket the EG uses--two screws per side. The Ultra CVO's use the same mounting points with a different bracket that accepts the SG turn signals and EG passing lamps--it's the same exact bracket sold by HD as the Custom Aux kit for SG's and EG's who want to get rid of the towel bar rack on a non-CVO EG.
I'm not going to argue w/ you; particularly if you won't take the time to consult HD's website or their paper catalog. Perhaps someone will post a picture.
