Default Quick Lease Locks for Tour Packs

Had my EGC set up with quick release locks for the tour pack. Tried to change out the standard quick release latches for those that lock so it would make it harder for someone to steal the tour pack. I also have purchased a sissy bar and luggage rack which I have also outfitted with locking quick release latches. I found that putting the tour pack, sissy bar or luggage rack on with the locking latches to be quite difficult. Has anyone else experienced difficulty mounting the tour pack, sissy bar or luggage rack after switching out the latches from the standard to the locking? If so how did you remedy the problem? Thanks!

I had no problem with mine. Bought a matched pair - one for sissy bar and one for tour pack. I did bend the key for tour pack, so it would fit under pack.
