a friend got this in his email, the sender claimed it was a 2013 cvo

I dont know enough about them to tell if it is, or isn't.

I guess its probably bullshit since the new bikes haven't been announced, right?

No it's not. There is no RGU CVO for 2013.

its a 2011 CVO Road glide ultra.....colors were called Frosted Ivory / Vintage Gold.... nice bike but paint was not my cup of tea..... Buick?

I know a few of HD's corp pilots (they all ride) and they have NOT seen 2013's as of yesterday when I ran into one of them on the road.

New models are a closely kept secret

I just got my Easyrider (October edition) magazine today and they have pics of these H-D CVO bikes:
CVO Road Glide---3620 to be built--approximate numbers
CVO RoadKing---3150 to be built
CVO Ultra Classic---3900
CVO Breakout---1900---this is a new Softail model, shown with forward controls.
