Radio won't turn off after amp install

I tried moving ground around same issue.

Which Rockford amp and are you using stock HU and what bike? You say grounded to the frame but where?

Punch 400 4 channel. Stock HD head unit, Moved ground to triple tree, Radio Bolts and to ground wire off headlight aux where im getting power as well all (3) same issues.

Exact model of amp. Punch 400 brings up several amps.

PBR400X4D: Blue light for power goes off with ignition however remote wire stays hot. I have the bike completely apart for new fat tire kit. i suspect a tumbler is off in ignition.

Ok a couple things should fix you up. First and foremost move your ground to the battery or the ground post in front of the battery. Secondly you do not need the remote wire. The amp has an auto on feature that turns it on when it senses a signal from the HU.

Are you using hi level inputs into the amp or are you using a LOC and RCA's?
