Default JES Fangs
I recently bought a 2011 SC which came with a 7" windsplitter. I added the fairing deflectors and they helped some with the buffeting. Today I added the JES fangs. If you can get over the looks they are fantastic. The ride is much better and gets smoother the faster you ride. I am 5 10". I will not have to buy the taller shield that I was planning. I prefer the look of the fangs than a taller windshield

I don't know what they are either. I even googled jes fangs and got nothing. We shouldn't have to google it. Got pics or at least an explanation of what the are?

I assume he's talking about the fork mounted wind deflectors?

I think they look good enough on a black bike. I plan to get some for the winter months.

Just put some on my RKC...www.jescustomaccents.com. My bike is pictured under the wind deflectors tab then FLH chrome. Click on the Root Beer Road King. They work great.

Sorry about not being specific, they are commonly called fangs in the Softail section where I have previously lived.

I will add that they are less "fang" looking than the Harley version and much heavier with better chrome than HD or Kuryakan. Yes, they are more $, but worth it. IMO
