I'm jealous. From my house it takes me about 15 minutes to get on at about MM 200 (US52). Had some real nice riding in central Florida this weekend but sure do miss the parkway and all the twisties off of it. Any road you see called anything "gap" is worthy of a ride and usually a blast.

That area is a part of the country I have yet to get to ride. Some day, but once again, not this year.

Seriously jealous here also. One of the trips I want to do is take the Auto Train from here in FL up to Lorton, VA, ride over to the beginning of Skyline Dr, do all of Skyline Dr and all of the Blue Ridge Pkwy. About 750 miles between the two roads, then another 700 back home to FL. Want to do it with a couple of weeks off from work so we can take our time, stop where we want, etc. Don't want to rush that trip!

Enjoy your ride!
