This morning, I loaded a new map from Fuelmoto in the PC5 on my 07 and took it out for a ride to let the Autotune do its magic. Rode about a 60 mile loop, varying speed and acceleration. I could tell it was getting better (maybe the best it's ever run) . I stopped or breakfast for 30 min or so, and then headed the 15 miles home. It immediately started to run real bad, popping and sputtering between 2 and 3 thousand rpm. If I kept it above 3000 it seemed to do better. It would also idle fine.

Any ideas what happened?? My instincts say reload the map and see if hat helps. Would the Autotune mess it up that bad when turned off?? I had cleared the trims before I left so there's no data from the old tune to corrupt the new. Like I said, it was running really good before I stopped.

Yah, I'd reload map and see if that cures it. See if any or all of your trims have moved to the 20 max offset and if so you may need to accept trims and give it another try. I'm sure youu know any loose connection can cause crazy problems with the autotune also.
