Doc Baileys for me. Good stuff!
have you done your jacket with it? it seemed to not work to well on my leather coat. It was repelling off and smeared for 20 minutes after I put it on.

If your ride sits in the sun everyday, you need to treat it weekly, otherwise treat it once a month and the leather will stay like new and the stiching will hold up.

No, haven't used it on a jacket yet. I've used it on my saddlebags and boots and it worked great. Maybe you need to leave it on overnight and then buff it out. That's what I do for the saddle bags and boots and works great.

Also, I know some jacket manufacturers recommend only certain products. Fox Creek is like this. Don't know if it's valid, but I trust them and use what they recommend.

Doc Baileys is excellent stuff, but I was told to only use it on my boots and saddlebags.Never use it on your seat or jackets as it has a dye in it and will come off on your ***.I just used it on my bags, rubbed it in well, let it dry overnight and buffed them up next morning.

Will the Doc restore the black? Is that what it is made for? I just found a scratch (I guess) by one of the seams on my bags. It is not the seam, itself, but almost looks like wax compound, if that makes any sense. I tried to rub it out, but it is still there. I was thinking of using black leather dye, but if the Doc Bailey's will work, I need to get some.
