Can one get 100hp from 204's in a 103

I don't know about 100hp out of that cam. You can go with 1.725 rockers and a good port job. I kept the cam and did the stage 4 with cnc pro factory heads and 58mm tb and wound up with 92HP/105TQ. When it was just a 103 BB and se 204 I had 87HP/106TQ so I got 5 Horse from the Heads and maybe lost a little from the big TB. But Hell my HP curve climbs to the rev limit doesn't come back down.

Based on your sheet I can see where it is falling flat on the top end. My 96 was keeping up with 103 builds no problem.

Your torque curve is maxed out at 3500 rpm. Did you install the cams straight up or with a 4 degree gear? My 96 ci motor with 204 cams a thunderheader, thundermax auto tune and heavy breather was at 84 hp and 104 Ft Lbs of torque. And the torque curve topped out at 5500 rpm.

A few have mentioned it and im not trying to bash, but you should stop chasing numbers. You're better off defining your riding style and what you want out of the bike (not numbers) and consulting a good tuner/builder. Let them point you in the direction of heads, cams, compression, tune, etc that will all work together to perform in a way that compliments your riding style.
In other words WHY and WHERE do you want that extra power. Maybe that cam isn't right for you, or its not properly matched with heads and comp. If you're just trying for 100hp to say you've got it, you could possibly be disappointed with way the bike runs in the end. There's no way I would trade having the power where I want it, just to have a higher number.
