120r numbers

What are average 120r numbers?

crate 120r's with injectors and throttle body done.

True duals and air cleaner.

125/125 with true duels you probably get more HP and a bit less torque

I found the dyno sheet on this bike I just got. Now granted it had 1 3/4" dresser duals and 3.5" rineharts/SE tall filter but it did 112/120.

sure seems soft on the Hp.

key factors

What Throttle body?
What injectors?
What tuner?
Does clutch slip?

all good questions, unfortunately, I don;t have the answers.

The build was done prior to me by a local HD shop, I called them and they don't have the info now. They changed systems and a lot was lost. The previous owner does not know other than the crate 120r. I'm pretty sure that exhaust was on the bike already.

I've got a power vision now and I'm having dynojet change tunes for me now that I've changed the exhaust. That "original" in the bike ran poorly with the new 2" full Rineharts w/4" cans. Died at idle if you blipped the throttle and was stumbling all over under 3k. Pulled above 3k but felt soft.

I have no idea how to tell what injectors or throttle body are in it? if someone can explain how to tell, I'm all ears....eyes.:icon_woot:

There are colored bands on the injector bodies. Different colors for different sizes. The 5.32's (which is the smallest you'll want on a 120r) have a red band on them with a gray connector.
Easy way to tell if you have the stock 50MM throttle body is that it has a vacuum port of the top of it. The 58MM HD TB doesn't. Of course you can always measure the throttle plate.

Harley has a great starting map for the 120r that is numbered 044SAZ.
You should be able to copy and paste numbers from one program to the other if you have both applications open. Your tuner should have both tuning software programs.
That map will get your bike starting and idling with just about any exhaust and your tuner can take it from there. He needs to copy every area of the map as far as VE tables, spark tables, IAC warmup, cranking fuel, idle steps, accel enrichment, decel enleanment, etc.......

I see the red bands on the injectors. On the throttle body, I see the sensor on top and then nothing all the way back towards the filter. HD stamp on it.

ok, I grabbed a pick of a stock HD 06-up with that port and the tube that hangs over, I do not have that. It looks like the 58mm SE pic I see online except it doesn't have the two bosses on that point up on the sides.

This throttle body is what is on it.

Is it just me, or does it seem like the numbers Jamie is putting up for a 107 kit with ported heads put up numbers that are close to these and it winds up being a lot less money?

(Personally I think he has a happy dyno, but I understand thats complete speculation on my part)
