Friends....I've had a great time owning, modding and riding my RKC but have decided to sell it. IMO, the RKC is still the best looking bike and I'll admire everyone's from afar. Here's a link to my bike, and what goes with it.

Whiskers:
Think of it as passing the joy of Road King ownership to someone else.
Thanks for keeping this thread vital for so long.

Hey Whiskers, Sorry to see you go. I had thought that you had started this thread, but as I look back I see you were the 2nd poster. Pretty good start with a post that had over 1.2 Million views! I hope all is well with you and hope to see you back on here some day. Good luck on your sale.

Thanks 47!

I'll still be around. My wife and I have a '14 Limited, though we're just not riding as much as we did. Our kids are grown and gone, we have grandkids and an RV so we're doing things a bit different these days. I love my RKC - a heck of a lot more than the Limited, but it needs to be in the hands of someone who'll spend more time with it. I worry about it sitting without a bit of use (seals, and all) so I hope to find a good home for it. Will consider reasonable offers.

Good luck with your sale, you've certainly inspired many of us to make our RKCs our own! I went down the hotrod/restomod path, but will always appreciate the nostalgic look.

Thanks again!

Not going to do rails on front and rear fenders, I have enough chrome there.

The Wood 555 cams were installed this week, apparently I have 96 cubes now, feels very different between 2500-5500 rpm! The tune from Fuel Moto is pretty good, just needs a few little tweaks.

Damn.....that's a Sweet King!
