You Can't Beat Fuel Moto Customer Service
 

I have had a number of good experiences dealing with Fuel Moto. They helped me out once again and I wanted to let you all know...

I bought a PCV from Fuel Moto about a year and a half ago. Thee bike ran great with it but intermittently, the bike would go absolutely haywire. I would remove it and get back on my way and all would be fine again. I sent the unit back to Power Commander twice. They couldn't duplicate the problem and they'd send it back to me.

I finally called Fuel Moto and Brian said to send it to him and he'd have a look at it. He called me yesterday and told me a new one was on the way.

I think Fuel Moto continues to set the bar for customer service. They communicate and will do the right thing by their customers. Thanks again to Brian and Fuel Moto!

always hear nothing but great things about them, i didnt buy mine from them bt i hadnt heard of them at the time. if i had to do over i would have. glad they hooked you up. they say what was actually the problem?

They simply set the standard in customer service and class. Look on any forum they participate....You'll never see Jamie or anyone else from FM or Jackpot talking trash about their competitors. Can't say that about the majority of their competition.

Fuel Moto sells quality products at a fair price, and offers the best customer service around. You just can't ask for more than that.

I couldn't agree more. Class act there along with great customer service. what business can you call today and actually talk to the boss.....Great people!

I agree, I have dealt with Fuel Moto for several years. They have always been very helpful, have great prices and are extremely knowledgeable about our bikes.

100% agree, I bought their 107 kit and heads. While installing I had a few questions and called them and talked to Jamie. He was very helpful and talked to me not down to me. Had him tune it last week and all I can say is WOW!!! Great products and great customer service.

I'm so happy with their customer service I'm really thinking of riding out to their place in WI from CT to have them do a cam job with a few extra goodies. (I bought a Dynojet PV-1, 2-1-2 head pipe, 3.5" Jackpots, and a FM air filter from them.)

I'm jealous...
