2 years ago put on the Progressive 940. As I understand the 944 is a latest version of it. Great shocks and got mine from Phat Performance at a discount, no tax or shipping. Hated the air shocks either the 12 or 13 "

I wouldn't trust that ad. I don't see how a shock can be suitable for a touring and a sportster. |

progressive 944 is a 13 in shock with a 1 inch lower ride height, but give the full susp. travel,a 12 inch shock will not give you full susp travel.
Thanks for all the info guys! |
I have decided on the Progressive 944. Progressive said the 944 will do exactly what I want lower ride height and a very much improved ride quality over stock.
The lowest price I have found so far is 538.99 from Direct Cycle Parts. http://www.directcycleparts.com/susp..._217_1675.html Thanks for all the info! |

Hands down best bang for the buck and WILL NOT bottom out ... and I have tried every shock company out there and they dont hold a candle to BB.
http://bitchinbaggers.com/products/drop-shocks/ Fraction of the price and they are super awesome to work with. |
Install a pingel 1" lowering kit and change the shock oil out to Belray 7W in your stock shocks.
Then you'll have $300to left for another mod! |
