Default 2008 ultra no wide open throttle

Symptoms are cruising at 70 in 6th hit the throttle and no acceleration. Let off of it and lightly roll the throttle and the bike will accelerate. At 1st I had the codes po120, p0123, p0220,p0223,p1510, and p1511. I checked the connection at the throttle body and cleaned & greased the connection. I rode it today and same issue. I watch the tach and it will not go over 2900 rpm. It is like hitting a rev limiter. In other gears no problem but even in 5th it will not go over 70 at wide open throttle. I came back home and it did not set any codes.
Also when pulling codes when I bring up the tach it shows no rsp. My bike does have a tach. Any ideas?

I finally saw them today. Most forums you get an email notice on an answered post. I never received one to know members posted. Now I know I need to look all the time! lol
But there was another question and that was about the tack reading no rsp in diagnostic mode? I have a tach.

Mine went into limp mode, they are saying that there has been issues with the throttle body.

It's the pins on the ECM and the plug that plugs into the side of your throttle body. They fret/corrode and break contact.

On the ECM, make sure the cable for the connector is not pulling on the ECM (loosen the zip tie if you find it in the wire tunnel) and give it some slack, use dielectric grease on the pins and on the connector. Also make sure your seat is not pushing down onto the ECM.

On the throttle body connector, same thing, try to straighten out the wires going to the connector, your see their really bent from the bend they make going into the female end. Use dielectric grease on both pins and the female connector end.

If this doesn't solve the issues, your need new pins installed at the dealer or if you have the proper crimper, you can do it yourself. HD will not cover it unless your bikes still under factory or ESP warranty. There's a HD TSB out on this issue.

I had a friend just come back from Georgia who had this issue on the road. It took a dealer down there 3 days to figure it out. I told him he should have called me, I would have had him back on the road in a short period of time.

Thanks. I will be following the ECM wiring tomorrow and look to clean up the connection there. This is my 3rd Harley and has been trouble free up to this point. With the help from this group we'll get her fixed.
