Another Idle issue.....
Hello all,
My 97 Road King EFI has been running great over the summer, but Autumn has hit here in sunny Scotland, and she has decided she doesn't like the rain. She is running great until she is warmed up and I pull in the clutch. Then while idling, she goes rev, lull, rev, lull, rev, lull, rev, lull, until I let the clutch back out and she goes again. When she lulls, she almost stalls, but not quite. Its making wet weather handling dangerous.
I have looked for the IAC, as I have assumed that that is the problem, but have had some trouble as the bike had some work done before I got her and has a screaming eagle air cleaner on, so the IAC isn't where people have been describing.
There are no engine lights coming on, and I have made no other changes to the bike recently. It just started yesterday on my first ride in the wet.
Can anyone offer up an idea?
