Default '14 SG special arnott lower shocks install

I Installed the arnott lowering shocks on my '14 Street glide special last night. Pretty easy install, they really do a great job so everything fits perfect. It comes with a pump, shocks, wiring, tubing and switch to finish the job. Very nicely packaged

I slipped the front forks up about 1.5 inches lowering it that much and the arnott's in the back can drop it 3 inches ruffly. Ride safe, paul

whats a general price range for 14' SG special? I have a couple of buddies who will be needing them within 2 months.
I paid 500$ with free shipping for the black ones (cant see them anyway so no reason to go chrome, plus I think the darker kinda blends in better and aren't noticeable)
I really was surprised considering the VRod muscle I had were around 950$ "plus" shipping, UGG

You should start holding your camera upside down for all future posts.

ride is the same as stock (I had my stock ones set to the softest setting, BUT even that seemed weird because there is only one adjustable shock? seems like both should be adjustable or you would get different rebound rates IE: a bit dangerous sounding?) but that aside.......

I put the arnotts at the same ride height stocks were and road a hundred miles,,, seems the same or at least I cant tell the difference. paul

on the 14 apparently they couldn't get it (might be different this month tho, lol) I do like the black better because it kinda hides the chrome rails which if I had it my way would be black PC...... I know most guys want more chrome but with the engine and front end so chromed out I'm ok with some black on the back end. Wonder if I did the rails turn signal bracket rack stuff all in PC would that look ok?

Hoping to get black rack etc... not sure if they make it yet tho????
