Default 2014 Street Glide Seat Options

Hi everyone,

I'm 6'1" tall with a 33 inseam.

I'm looking at my options of what I can do to change my seat out. I feel that I have too much pressure at the back of the seat and would be more comfortable if I was an inch or two farther back.

Anyone out there got any advice?

i'm 6'5" and went with the badlands seat. I also put some apes on that help to streth me out up front as well. Mean City does a seat mod that will move you back and down as well.

Is the bandlander a firm seat? Do you find it brings your farther back and down?

I just put this seat combo on today. I don't remember what the seat is called but it is right from HD. I also added spacers to my floorboards which moved them out an inch and forward 2".I also am 6'1" w/ 34" inseam and the comfort level is a world of difference.2014 Street Glide Seat Options-20131106_134615.jpg

Ohh I like that seat, can you send me more of a side profile picture from a bit further back. It looks very nice. Maybe find out the type of seat it is too please, that way I can see if my dealer has one to demo.

Default C&C Seats

Yes, you may want to go with a C&C Seat. It will put you about an inch further back than a stock HD Seat, but that is about as far back as the Street Glide seat can be made. If you need more room, you might want to go with extended forward controls.

I found the Corbin Gunfighter style seat moved my further back on my 07 SG. They are a firm seat and take at least a 1000 miles to break in.
