Love my Long ride shields and normally switch between my 6" and 9" dark Ultra Recurve Design. When LRS came out with there Ultra Elite shield I immediately bought a 9" dark for my last 3 week road trip and it worked awesome! So to treat myself for Veterans day I ordered a new Ultra Elite 6" dark with the custom etching ""Never forgive, Never forget" like they have shown on there custom etching page. Saw it and fell in love, look forward to getting the new shield and it was super easy and super fast to call and talk with LRS this morning on the phone. Also they were happy to give me the 20% forum discount on the shield.

Happy Veteran's Day Brother. I love my LRS as well. They helped me last year with some quick shipping, so I could use the shield on a trip. Love that custom shield, I have a similar tattoo.

 

Thanks, I've always wanted a custom etched shield and use the 6" ultra most of the time. There new Elite shields really do clean up great and after 6800 miles on the road trip my 9" doesn't have a scratch on it. Wish I could say the same about the rest of the bike!

I think I was a little more excited about it than I need to be, not a lot of interest? Maybe after I get it and post some pics to give a better visual aid.

It's the smallest and simplest of touches on a bike that I dig the most.

 

I put the 10" recurve on my Limited, hell I think I could light a cigar behind that shield at 60 mph.

I have a 9" recurve and love it, i look over it about 2" and it's great.
