Any recomendations on a good PCV tuner in the OKC area? I was going to talk to Thunder Cycles but I would rather have some references before I invest the money in a tune. Tulsa and the DFW area would be options also.
Talk to the service manager at Forman in Stillwater. Can't remember his first name at the moment, they just hired him last fall, really knows his stuff.
Emailed Dyno Difference. He does not tune the PCV. He recomends that I ditch the PCV and go to a Direct link. I have never heard of the Direct link but he tells me that he can give a much better tune with it. I guess its worth looking into. Anyone have any expirence with it?
i wouldnt recommend Wind River Harley in Lawton. they told me they wouldnt even attemp it unless i bought the screamin eagle tuner, paid $150 for stage 1 download, and 8-10 hours of dyno time. im going to try the HD dealer in Moore. they were very eager to help and have quick service. i have heard all good about them
I was in the same boat as you with trying to find a tuner to tune a PC. 3 yrs ago I found Ed at Dyno Difference and been extremely happy with the results of Ed and the direct link tuner. Ed will dyno your bike using your existing tuner and then tune it with the direct link. You will be amazed at the difference. The direct link gives him complete access to the ECM where the PC is only a piggy back system that allows you to confuse the AFR input. I would say visit with ED before you spend a dime with anyone else

wtf? why in the world would you have to pay for a stage 1 download if you were getting a dyno tune done? that is just raping the customer.
