Same problem
The problem is - and it might seem very stupid, but hey, it's HD - they don't care about logic - is that the HDI bikes get a DIFFERENT 1.17.1.1! They just don't A) tell the dealers or B) make it plain on the MoCo site!

Which DOES work. (Not that it seems to do much....)

I'm having the same problem
My FLHX has version 1.16.9
The "newest" software 1.22.0.1
Anyway all i get is the same "The ISO image on the attached USB is corrupt or incompatible"

Was your bike originally purchased in Brazil?
Did you try the download for "The Rest of the World"?
You did notice that this page only went to version 1.21.3.1 ?
If you didn't already, try extracting the file from where you downloaded it directly to a FAT 32 formatted usb stick with nothing else on it.
