Default 2014 Boom 6.5GT Sirius/XM Specialty Services

I have been back and forth with the dealership and the Sirius/XM customer support trying to get a subscription for the "Specialty Services". Sirius/XM is saying that the XM Module ESN I have installed in the bike is capable of audio only. I would like to know if anyone has successfully called the 800-985-9200 number that pops up on the Boom setup screen and subscribed to traffic/fuel/weather services? The only idea anyone has come up with so far is that the ESN of my module is incorrect in the Sirius/XM database. Seems flimsy though. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

There are actually two phone numbers for setup. One of them shows up on the radio screen. If you call that the people will tell you that your bike doesn't have the ability to get the specialty services. When you go to specialty services, there is another phone number, the people at that number can help. Sorry I don't have the numbers available but if you go through the setup to the specialty services, it it there.

Hope you get this resolved. Their customer service sucks donkey ***** and they outsource like many others. I dropped XM when they merged with Sirius years ago.

UPDATE: When it was suggested that Sirius/XM customer service was poor, I think that was an understatement.
I had a Zumo 665 with all the options of the '12 FLHTK. I sold that unit when I bought the '14 FLHTK and the Sirius/XM people "transferred" my account to the new device, effectively screwing up everything. After finally speaking to the 5th different rep from Sirius/XM last night, we finally cancelled the account an re-opened it with the new ESN. The Boom 6.5GT now works exactly as it's supposed to. Thanks for all the comments/suggestions.
