2014 roadking handlebars and cams

My 2010 roadking was written off so I am looking at a new 2014 FLHR. When talking with the dealer he said the new bars are new, higher and pulled back and very comfortable. He said the new cams are awsome and give great passing acceleration and the new oil cooler works very well. Does anyone on the forum own a new 2014 FLHR and how do you find the handlebars for comfort. Anyone know what kind of cams that harley is running? Any opinions would be really appreciated from first hand owner experience. Don't really want to start cables, controls and bar mods again. He also said that changing to slipons and K&N filter element would only require a download and not a tuner?
Cams are similar to the 255, but EPA compliant. Out of the box, it has great get-up-and-go for a stock harley.
You can absolutely just get a download, but you can get a tuner for only a little more and have the option to do a lot more down the road.
I went the way of a TTS, D&D, and stage 1 HD A/C. Like others have said, the seat SUCKS, and that was the very first thing I changed.

I was rear ended on my 2013 RK last month sitting at a traffic light. The Camry that hit me had stopped first then the lady driving let her foot off the brake and rolled into me. The rear fender bumper took the blow and there was absolutely no damage from that low speed impact. Without the bumper I would have trashed my rear end! Sorry to see the 2014's no longer have the rear bumper.

2014 King owner here, I think the bars are very comfortable, I did have them adjusted slightly from the position they were in when I got it. I think the stock seat is very comfortable, and the bike has plenty of power for me. When you crack the throttle to pass someone, the bike goes, no hesitation at all. I love it!

I have a 14 RK and yes the bars are very comfortable, similar to the heritage bars. I traded my 09 Street Glide for this bike and this bike feels faster. I downloaded the SEST , removed the cat converter and ceramic coated the stock head pipe and stock mufflers. I feel a huge difference in the heat reduction and the stock mufflers with the cat removed sounds real good, like an old glass pack muffler not too loud but loud enough to let you know you are riding a Harley!
