I am afraid that my music is going to sound like crap without a 6.5" Infotainment system. I'm afraid my head is going to be blown apart by the buffeting without a mail slot in my fairing. I am nearly 100% certain that without water cool heads I am going to burn up and die.

Should I just stay home?

 

Trust me, you will be OK..... just keep saying to yourself "I don't need a mail slot, I don't need a video screen, I actually like an air cooled Harley"! You'll be fine, ride on.

find a dealer that is open on sunday, and go ahead and buy a new limited before embarking on a 300 mile trip. that is pretty much the limit on last years' technology. you will be taking your life into your own hands riding anything less than a brand new bike on an epic journey like you are comtemplating.
