Default Seriously HD.. where is the new RG?!

Come on Harley where the #$%^&* is the new Roadglide, I use to hate this bike, detest it's looks but as I told the wife the only bike I'll replace my ultra with is a new RG.

I have test road a few different years of RG and keep finding it is apples to oranges when compared to my ultra. Neither are bad bikes... but when the time comes....

It went the way of the dinosaurs.(extinct). perhaps.
It might not have sold the numbers that the way the moco wanted it to.
Might be time to move on?

Your option is a used 13 or earlier. The prices in my area of the country for used RG's appear to be climbing....

I suspect it will be like a lot of cars that were taken out of production, then came back. Looking forward to it and hoping I have enough quarters saved to pick one up and that the bugs will be worked out of the new touring line by then.

Rumor has it that it will be back in 2015, redesigned and possibly with an all new liquid cooled engine...BTW, just visited the Harley dealer (Ocean County, Ocean City?) in your area and visited Lakehurst Naval Air Station (Joint Reserve Base?), went to see the site on the Hindenburg crash...AM1, USNR Retired.

Patience chaps - you may not get what you wish for when the new model is launched! Some suggest it will have a V-Rod engine (which I don't see myself), others that the fairing will incorporate the radiators for the twin-cooled engine, which could turn out to be something of an eye-sore.

Still not sure what people are drawn to with the Road Glide. Of the touring bikes Harley makes, I like to Street Glide.
I have a 13 Heritage and like it for the old style and the versatility of being a cruiser and a touring bike.
