Default XKGlow LED lights

Just installed LED accent lights on my bike... Something I said I'd never do. But riding on 225, a local stretch of road that's a death trap, made me rethink having them at night to be more visible. I went on Amazon and bought the XKGlow LED set up for $73. It has 14 pods with 6 lights in each. Great price, decent product, not crazy bright but bright enough to be noticed for sure. My buddy who "owed" me a favor did most of the work while I assisted. Took about 4 hours total, but I'm happy with the results. May buy a few more pods and wire them up in the near future seeing how 6 more pods are only $27. Since my bike is whit hot denim I went with bright white but they have a bunch of different color combos. Just a heads up for those who want an LED set up on the cheap.

Looks good to me! Turn the lights out in the garage and take a pic so we can get the full effect of the lights all lit up!

Alright here's one with no flash on the camera with the garage door shut for a more accurate depiction...

Aww yes thats what I had in mind...lol... If the cagers don't see us now then they are either asleep or have thier eyes closed...lol.. I like the light shining down on the front fender, thats one I didnt think about. Are there any lights under the front of the tank? Kinda looks like all the light is coming from the back of the motor. Either way it looks good and should help them see you in the dark!

Looks nice. Wish I could justify getting a set, but it's illegal in Michigan to drive around with lighting like that.

I didn't put any under the tank but I'm gonna order the pods them self and wire some up under the tank in a couple of weeks. I didn't put any under the front fender bc I have the stock black wheel so I didn't think it would show well. There's a set under each foot board and 2 sets around the front and back of the motor. Also have 2 sets under each bag to light up the rear of the bike. It's much brighter and much more visible at night. For the price I'm quite pleased.

Default XK Glow

I had XKGlow kits on my 2007 Ultra. Like you said, they aren't crazy bright but they have a nice glow. I had them in all the typical places plus in the front fender, under the front triple tree above the fender and under my tour pak. It was cool being able to change the color and flash pattern. Mine truly could look like a Christmas tree during the holidays.

Yeah, I went with the solid white and I love it. Good kit for a cheap price. Only time will tell how well they hold up, but I have no complaints thus far.
