Default Extended Brake Arm with Lowers

Any riders with lowers that have put an extended brake arm on their bike ? Don't have lowers yet but want to put extended brake lever on without having a problem when I get the lowers. Would also like to move stock floorboards out a bit. Harley says their extended lever won't fit with lowers. SoftBrake has 3 different sizes, extended, extended +1" and extended +2". Claims that only the extended size will fit with lowers but the extended +1" will also fit if you remove the vents from the lowers?

Would like some feedback from owners who have lowers and what size lever they were able to use with the lowers. Is removing the vents from the lowers a wise option? My bike is a 2013 RG. Thanks...

I have the Kury Floorboard extenders (1" out and 1" forward) and the HD Extended Brake using hard lowers on my RG with no problems
