Memphis Amp 16SA450

Has anybody used this amp. I am being told by friend that it will be a good amp for my Ultra. The amp is a 4 channel 50 X 4. Just wondering how this would do. I need a little step up.

I have not used that amp but any amp will be better than the stock head unit.
