What's in your bags???

On one side I have my rain suit and windshield cleaning stuff, extra rags, first aid kit. On the left I have my tool bag, shock inflator and when it's warm out my leather jacket and gloves. Otherwise I'm wearing my leathers. I don't care if I'm touring in 100 degree temps my leathers are always with me. Be surprised how many times it's cool in the morning and 90 at noon.

Many years ago I was taking a long, Labor Day weekend trip and since it was so warm, I thought I could get by with a long sleeve shirt and my trusty Levi denim jacket.
I've never been as cold riding a snowmobile in northern Michigan as I got that night.
I NEVER leave home without my leather jacket in my RH saddlebag, along with three pairs of leather (different weight) gloves.
My LH saddlebag is for my rain gear, tools, etc.
My tour pack is mostly empty but I usually keep my mesh jacket, cap, sunglasses, clear glasses, leaving room for my luggage bag for trips.

Rain gear, full face helmet (tour pack), tools, flight jacket, leathers (if not worn) spare gloves, windscreen cleaning stuff, towel (to dry seat, etc. from rain), disc brake lock (like to call it ankle bracelet) and a stash of emergency cash ($20.00).
When I go for a pleasure ride, it is usually 600 miles or so as I have to ride almost 200 miles to get to decent curves to "turn and burn". Just an easy day ride on a "bagger".
Meathook: out
