Progressive 412HD's

Hi I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Progressive 412HD's on an Ultra Classic?

Thanks

I have them on my Street Glide, 11.5 inch. I mainly ride 2 up, wanted a lower shock that wouldn't bottom out. They work good for me, ride better than the stock shocks, but any replacement shock would be better! In a longer length they would no doubt be smoother, for the money they are a good buy.

I bought the 12.5" for my Street Glide because I wanted a little more travel and smoother ride but have yet to install them. I don't think 1/2" taller will be noticeable unless it's parked right next to another Street Glide and someone is really looking closely at it. I'm anxious to put them on but it's -6* with windchill where I live right now.

Same problem here. Have new progressive 444's sitting by the garage door, too cold to go out and put them on.

Looking at putting these on my 09 Road King Classic. Anybody know if the 11.5 will fit with the shock relocation lower blocks installed or not?

Stock is 13" on my '07 Ultra but I got a deal (1/2 price) on some new 13 1/2" 412's so I put them on.
Figured the extra 1/2" would help as I have lots of "stuff" in my saddlebags.
I weigh 200 and an extra 1/2" could help.
Really rode smooth.....
Big improvement over the stock air shocks!

Then 6 months later, I won a set of 13 1/2" HD Progressives!
I put them on and couldn't tell a harsher ride with either set.
Really happy with them and the designation HD didn't affect the ride.
The extra 1/2"" difference from stock isn't noticeable when looking at the bike.
I measured before and after and there wasn't any noticeable difference.

You'll like the 412 HD shocks.
I also have the Progressive Monotube shocks on the front.
Rides like a sofa!

I have the 412's sitting by the front tire, to darn cold to put them on, oh wait I still have to put the guts back in my swing arm which is sitting at the back of the bike on the lift, lol.

I have the 412s on my 06EG Classic with the standard spring. I weigh about 210 ride solo most of the time and the ride is much better than the original air shocks. Also very good when we ride 2 up.

I have been running the 11.5" for over 5000 miles and have no complaints

I am looking at putting the 11.5" 412's n the rear, and get a 2" lowering spring set for the front (2014 Ultra Classic Limited).
My 11 Street glide was lowered, and it was way easier to back it up over the hump at my garage door entrance - it was easier to move all-around.

My question - will the 11.5's in the rear lower it enough?
