Bike will not start after Ape install
Bike: 2009 Electra Glide Ultra Classic
After read the other posts on this topic I am assuming it may be the TBW as the issue.
All electronics work, lights, radio, etc. and the fuel pump kicks on when I twist lock to ignition. I pulled the spark plugs and I am getting spark so I figured it was a gas issue. I squirted a little starter fluid into the carb and it fired immediately.
While doing the install I purchased a new TBW to get rid of the pesky green connector inside the bars.
My plan of attack is to remove the fairing tomorrow to double check the connections of the TBW at the plug. Is that the way to check the TBW?
Is there another way to check to see if the fuel is blocked elsewhere first?
Any other suggestions?

I would check every connector that you touched. It could be as simple as not pushing a wire far enough back into the factory black connectors. Your bike ran before it should run now. No need to get crazy with squirting fuel. Something just isn't plugged in all the way.

I agree...tbw will not keep it from starting. This is not an electrical problem. I would be willing to bet you have the quick disconnect connect wrong...I've done it before...pull it and reattach...

No carb, meant shot starter fluid into butterfly of throttle body. My bad.
I am just starting looking at all the connections this morning...
The quick disconnect was connected to the tank. With me, there are no dumb suggestions, I could have overlooked anything.... LOL
Once I get it started I will let you guys know. What the issue was. Keep the suggestions coming because I need all the help I can get. :-)

I just did my bars on my RK...I had a similar issue...under my dash the three prong plug I had bent two pins when I re installed it...straightened the pins and wallah...it started..I thought I heard my pump running too but it wasn't right with the pins bent...I know you don't have a king but just something that simple (not visible when it was plugged in) can screw things up...
