Depends if they are B or C lifters. I'd toss C's.

even mid-stream of the B lifters, they switched to Mexico made so they are as much trash as the C lifters are.

I put all my take off parts on Ebay. You'd be surprised what you get for them. Start your auction at $10 or $15 for the lifters and the same for the cams.
Lots of folks looking for good take off parts.

C lifter started in 2011, that's when they started having them made in Mexico instead of the USA. Quality went way down!

It all went in my scrap bin, I would not use any Harley stock lifters, I changed mine to V- Thunder lifters made by Comp Cams and my engine was much quieter.
