I have the White Hot Pearl color Ultra and was wondering was others have done on inner fairing with the White Bikes. Had a couple folks tell me I didn't want do go that route, would be to bright.

 

Own the same bike myself and have been thinking/wondering about doing the same. I think it would look sharp...but look forward to hearing from others as well and maybe seeing some pics.

 

Check out 'Painted Harley Fairings'. He (Paul) has a picture of the white inner fairing. Check his schedule to see if he's going to be in your area.
He does an inner fairing swap in 45-50 minutes, for 1/2 the price of HD.

I had a 2008 with White Gold Pearl, very similar. Guys were telling me that I shouldn't paint the inner fairing because it would reflect too much sunlight and cause an issue. BS, it worked and looked great, no reflection issues at all.

 

I think if any bike calls for a painted inner fairing, it's the white pearl or white gold. The sharpest look of all matching inner fairings in my opinion.

 

....... i had similar concerns before painting my inner this Spring.
..... no concern after install. No disruptive refections coming off the inner fairing
........... now, the flat, grooved chrome dash & gas filler cover ? That's another story

 

Painted inner fairings are the sweetest mod you can do on your bike. Especially white!! Go for it.

 

I think the white inner fairing painted would look awesome!!! Looking to do this mod next year...
