I transferred my Corbin Dual Tour Seat from a 2010 RK (same frame as your 2013) to my new 2014 RK.
My best guess/assumption on bikes with out tour-paks is that the only difference between the 2009-2013 seats and the 2014 is how the passenger hold-strap mounts.
