For Those Interested in Exhaust Info
Hot Bike Bagger magazine ran some tests on a variety of slip on mufflers.
Test was conducted with 07 Street Glide 96” with stage 1 flash (only) and SE A/C. No SERT or PC, that will be in next months issue. Test was run on a Dynojet 250i dynamometer art Bartels’ HD (I think in El Paso, TX???). First chart shows max HP & Torque at given RPM, second set are some numbers posted at 3000 RPM. The article breaks it down further (time to get to rpm…not sure why that is important here) but also breaks it down from 2000 RPM’s to 6000 RPM’s in 250 rpm increments. Interesting article and hope what I provided is some useful info to some... ahhh, If someone can guide me thru the process of attaching an Excel File, it has some good info, but dang, I suck at this computer stuff......
