Good used Mic, had it on my '11 FLTRU. Will work with 14-15 models, but need to hold the key on the mic AND the PTT button on the bars. I wasn't interested in doing that, so I went a different way.
Unit is in decent shape, and perfect functionally, there are scratches on the post that hangs on the mount. Perfectly normal for a CB.
The clutch/brake perch mount is included, with spacers, I replaced the bolts with Stainless when it was new, and probably have the oem bolts in a drawer somewhere, if someone wanted them instead.
