Could u post a few better pics? I have an 8.5 now but think a 12 might be to tall? Cant gauge in those pics. Thanks

 

Not sure how a few more pictures will help you gauge the height. The windshield in not mounted on the bike. If you take a measurement from the center mount screw, this windshield's top edge is 12" above that. If you have a 8.5 now, a 12" might be to tall for you. Unless you want to look through the windshield rather than over it.
