I purchased a used '15 Ultra Limited with 1927 miles on it. It had this windshield on it, the gentleman gave me the stock windshield and the box. Its slightly smaller than the stock one, I ordered a large windshield and put the stock one back on.

I have a pic of the parts labels on the box, and a pic of it compared to the stock shield back on my bike.
