I don`t know about your number , anything with an 04 at the end of the number should work. When i purchased this module (70989-04) the HD parts said this was the third revision .Hope this helps

FYI, A lot of 2007-earlier Touring are "Cruise Ready" (ie. speedo, throttle cable with roll-off, wiring for module, etc).

Then when you bought a Cruise kit from H-D, only the additional parts needed would be included

I don't have beginning of the "Cruise Ready" years "handy" right now, but Radams, your 2004 is definitely one of them :)

Doesn't change the fact that they are now obsolete from H-D :(

When you say cruise ready, do you mean all anyone would need is the module and then add the hand controls and it would work? I just picked up an 07 RK custom last week and would love to add cruise.

Yes

I don't know if you have the original handlebars, but be aware that your 07 FLHRS (RK Custom) uses longer hand control wiring and 07-later connectors (although you can change the earlier connectors)

Just saw this post. I am interested in the cruise control parts for my 2007. Let me know what you want for the module, switches, etc.
