Will it fit stock 2007 Road King Fender

 

No, it only fits the streetglide type fenders, the fender has 3 studs sticking out each side to secure with nuts. I believe this fits 09 up with the newer style frame.

No, that is not correct. The SG fascia can be used on any touring bike. But the '08 & down has the narrow frame/small wheel and the '09 & up has the wide frame/big tire, The fascia mounts the same and the light is the same, but the one is wider than the other. The studs you are talking about and other related parts can be ordered from Board Tracker or you local dealer and installed on the non-SG fender.
