HD part 67900167 - I purchased this 2 weeks ago, installed it, rode about 50 miles and traded my bike so I no longer need it. It worked great on my ‘17 CVO Limited and allowed me to remove the tour pack and still have a license plate holder.
**NOTE** I have included a couple of pictures of it on my bike. I bent it slightly to follow the line of the fender/saddlebags. This does not hurt it in any way and keeps it from sticking straight up.

Great condition, some light scratches on the back but you won’t see them when installed.
