21" RC components Chrome Revolt wheel $1100
Selling a like new RC Components 21"x3.5" chrome revolt front wheel.
Tire installed is a Dunlop elite.
Hubs are machines to accept stock 14+ touring rotors. The wheel will work on earlier bikes, but you will need to get stock rotors.
Wheel and tires have less than 500 miles on them. Bought end of July 2018, pulled it to trade the bike in September. Like new condition. Was mounted on a 2014 street glide special, and has ABS bearings.
Internally balanced with Ride On.
Includes the chrome fender loft brackets and a progressive suspension 1" or 2" drop spring kit.

yessir, you are correct. You would need new bearings, as well as a set of 14+ rotors and hardware. Also, the fork lowering kit is not compatible, and you don’t need the fender lift brackets. You can get away with opening up the rear fender mount holes if needed for clearance to keep from burning your paint.

I put them back on the stock wheel when I traded that bike in. I have seen rotor sets on eBay for reasonable prices. My buddy wanted it for his 13 road glide ultra, same situation as you. He got quotes for the parts and it was gonna get pricey. The correct lowering kit for you is a lot easier and cheaper though. Yours is a drop in, where the 14+ forks have to come apart.
