Not quite correct ,as a different stroke, so pistons will not work
but your 114 cyl can be taken out to 120 with matched pistons, as a nice gain for a 107 guy

appreciate the mention of stroke ... didnt know there was a difference...you are correct ... 4 3/8" versus 4 1/2" ... 114" having the longer stroke ... so my question is ... l believe it should still work ... 107 has slighly shorter stroke, so it will benefit from the larger pistons and cylinders... the small difference in stroke should equate to possibly a 113" then versus 114"

NO, you would end up with a 111 with only about 9.25 compression ratio, it would run worse than stock, the pistons & cylinders are the only parts that are any different than a 107, so you basically have some cylinders that are worth something & a set of take off heads that are the same as the ones on a 107.

not to turn the classifieds in a discussion forum .. but, you are correct to estimate it would end up being a 111 with lower compression due to shorter stroke ... this would be the perfect time to clean up a set of heads to flow better and mill the heads to make up the short fall of compression thus bringing you back to 114" with a good compression to run a strong cam ...

I didn't estimate, I ran the figures, I just didn't want somebody to think he was getting a big upgrade because he didn't have the knowledge, your suggestion of redoing the heads would cost more than a simple stage 3 & if you cut things down that much nothing would line up. Advertise your parts for what they are, a set of take off heads & 114 cylinders, not a 114CI setup.
