I bought an Arai full face helmet from J&M with the headset built-in. When I laid my bike down last year it scratched the helmet so I bought the same helmet from J&M with the headset built in. I took out this headset and threw the helmet in the trash. This is a permanent mount where you drill a hole in the shell. Check with J&M for instructions for your helmet. You will need to buy the lower cord to fit your bike. These are $230 new on their website. I'm asking $100 plus Priority Mail shipping.

Is this the Elite 787?

 

Not sure when the Elite 787 was sold but no, it's the 629-HO. I bought my new Arai helmet from J&M in September and it has the current model, Elite 801 Series. Honestly, I can't tell a bit of difference between the two. Not sure that there is any difference.
